Le Stade Olympique or The Olympic Stadium is a stadium in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Originally built to be the main venue of the 1976 Summer Olympics, it was subsequently used mainly by Montreal's professional baseball and football teams. The stadium, now functioning as a 56,040 seat multipurpose facility, has been and continues to be used to host a wide variety of events such as trade shows, unique sporting events, giant parties, and religious services. It has the largest seating capacity of any stadium in Canada.
