Mozilla Firefox's marketshare has grown for each growth period since inception, mostly at the expense of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer has seen a steady decline of its usage share since Firefox's release. According to Dutch web analytics firm OneStat, by June 2007, Firefox was the second-most widely used browser, with 12.72% of global usage share. By September 2007, according to data made available by U.S. firm NetApplications, Firefox's market share had grown to 14.88% globally. According to Mozilla COO John Lilly, Firefox had at least 125 million users as of November 2007.
