Despite being constantly harassed by paparazzi and being in the middle of multiple controversies, Alejandra Guzmán still remains relatively accessible to her fans, and she signs autographs for them whenever she can. One of these such controversies occurred in April 2003 when Guzmán suffered a miscarriage. She blamed the media for the tragic ending of her pregnancy.
